Today we all went to the pier and had our long-awaited seafood lunch at the Santa Barbara Shellfish Co. Mmmmmmm Rock Crab and New England Clam Chowder. Andy brought along the SoCo hammock he bought me for Christmas and we set it up under the pier where we chilled out for about an hour- skipping rocks, sun bathing and I was, of course, taking photos. By the way- this hammock is awesome- it packs up into a tiny bag and you can bring it just about anywhere; all you need is two trees and you're set to swing or nap. We'll be bringing it out all summer and spending nights outside I think- it's big enough to fit two. The company also donates 10% of it's profits to charity- check them out here! Also, happy 2-year Nick and Michelle! Andy and I then headed up to Port Hueneme/Oxnard to visit Paul- my dad's best friend to stay with him the next few days. Glad to be in farmland country!
